About

Mac: queer/trans seminarian. Pacific Northwest hiker. Lover of philosophical talks over cappuccinos or whiskey.

I am the only child of a Presbyterian minister, so when I say I grew up in the church, I mean that literally. I attended a conservative Christian university, and worked in a variety of religious settings. My ecumenical background includes work with Presbyterian, Methodist, Episcopal, and Quaker churches; I am now a member of a UCC church. I have a master’s degree in elementary education and work at an art museum while pursuing a seminary degree.
